| | We've now checked out more than 24 houses in the last few weeks (with two more tonight and perhaps a couple next week). Only 4 are in the running.
For those of you who have bought a house before, what's more important in the long run (also considering possible resale):
1:) A house in a really good location (ie: within walking distance of a grocery store, food, library, playground, and more) but in a city that has schools that are below the state average.
2:) A house in a good neighborhood but not as good of a location (5-10 min drive to everything listed above) but with really good schools.
That's sort of our dilemma right now.
